Learns the rules of honest play and good sportsmanship.
Chess is a mind sport, and like any sport it has manners as well as rules. Greet your opponent at the start and congratulate them at the end.
On a real board you must move a piece you touch. If you want to adjust a piece, say 'I adjust' first.
Online, the most important rule is honesty: using an engine, another person or any help during a game is cheating and gets your account closed.
Losing is part of learning. Instead of playing again and again while angry, analyse your game; seeing your mistakes is what improves you fastest. If you see cheating or rude behaviour, report the player.
